Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom Shipping
- Standard Delivery: £2.99 (2-4 business days)
- Next Day Delivery: £6.99 (order before 1pm, Monday to Friday)
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50

Europe Shipping
- Standard Delivery: £14.99 (5-10 business days)
- Free Delivery on orders over £150

Rest of World Shipping
- Standard Delivery: £19.99 (7-14 business days)
- Free Delivery on orders over £200

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@linsori.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@linsori.com so we can resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
