Where do you ship?

We currently ship to European countries & UK. Available shipping destinations will be shown at checkout.

Can I return lingerie items?

but For hygiene reasons, intimate items such as Panties cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
